The Bridge Church exists to love God with all our heart, grow together as disciples of Jesus in a loving and family orientated community, and share His love and grace in every aspect of life—all through the power and leading of His Spirit, the guidance of His Word, and the transforming truth of His Gospel.

Terri worked as an outdoor technician in Telecommunication in Atlanta Georgia before going to Amsterdam in 1986 where she served with YWAM (Youth With a Mission) in Discipleship Training and leading short term summer outreach teams in the city. In 1992 Terri relocated to work with YWAM Scotland focusing primarily on Intercession, which is what she continues to do along with serving on the leadership team at the Bridge, which she has done since 2006.
Esther attended the church from a young age along with her family. She did a BA Hons degree in Psychology at Strathclyde University before attending the School of Worship in Montana with YWAM (Youth With A Mission) in 2001. She then initially served with YWAM Scotland with Discipleship Training Schools and later she led a worship intercession team. Esther is also a trained teacher with Streams Ministries. She and Michael moved to Lanark in 2008 to be part of the leadership team, where she also oversees the worship ministry. They have two children.
Michael is from Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Certified Public Accountant before coming to Scotland in 1998 to serve with YWAM (Youth With A Mission) in discipleship training and leading short-term mission teams. He is a graduate of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary with a Masters Degree in Christian Leadership. He and his wife Esther moved to Lanark in 2008 to join the leadership team and they have two children.
Lilian and her husband Herbie have 3 children and 4 precious grandchildren. Their family has been part of the church since 1990, which was shortly after the church was planted by David and Jean Black. After a number of years, she served in pastoral ministry and children’s work in which she led The Whizz Kids for 9 years. Lilian has also been part of the worship team and leading worship. She received training in healing ministry through Ellel Ministries and has been involved with counselling both at Ellel and the church. She has been on the leadership team since 2006.
